Meet the eligibility requirements of the CEC:

To be eligible for the CEC, you must first complete the following requirements:

Within 36 months of the application date, have at least one year of skilled, professional, or technical job experience in Canada;

Meet or exceed a CLB of 5 (“beginning intermediate”) for NOC B occupations, or CLB 7 (“sufficient intermediate proficiency”) for NOC skill level 0 or A jobs; and

Plan to live and work outside of Quebec’s borders (individuals with work experience in Quebec and who plan to reside in Quebec may apply to the Quebec Experience Class).
